Maison is an AI assistant for running a business: it reads your inbox, calendar and contacts, drafts the follow up, and keeps your team on top of the work. It is operated by Social Studio The Agency, at maison.ceo. This policy explains what we collect and what we do with it.
What we collect
Account details. Your name, email address and the workspace you belong to.
Google data you connect. If you connect Gmail, Maison reads your messages and labels so it can show your inbox, flag what needs an answer, and draft replies. If you connect Google Calendar, Maison reads your events. We only ask for the access the feature needs, and only when you press Connect.
Business records you add. Contacts, tasks, notes, call logs and files you or your team put into Maison.
How we use Google data
We use Google data only to give you the features you asked for: showing your inbox and calendar inside Maison, summarising and prioritising messages, drafting replies for you to review, and sending an email only after you press Approve.
Maison's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
In plain words: we do not sell Google data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not let people read your messages unless you ask us to, it is needed for security or support you requested, or the law requires it.
AI processing
To write a summary or a draft, the relevant text is sent to an AI provider over an encrypted connection and used only to produce that result for you. We do not use your Google data to build or train advertising or general purpose models.
Text messages and calls
Social Studio texts and calls from (305) 810-8388 only people who gave us their number and agreed to hear from us, for example on our text updates page (maison.ceo/text-updates), on a form, or in writing. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We share phone numbers only with the carriers and the messaging provider that deliver the messages.
Nothing is sent without you
Maison drafts. A person presses Approve before any email, text or message leaves your account. You can reject, edit or ignore any draft.
Who sees your data
Only the people you add to your workspace, according to the role you give them. We do not sell or rent your data. We share it only with the service providers needed to run Maison (hosting, database, email delivery, AI processing, payments), under terms that keep it confidential and limit use to providing the service.
Security and retention
Data is encrypted in transit. Connection tokens are stored encrypted. Access is limited by workspace and role. We keep your data while your account is active, and delete it after you close the account or ask us to, except where the law requires us to keep a record.
Your control
You can disconnect Gmail or Calendar at any time from the Connectors page, which stops Maison reading new data. You can also revoke access in your Google Account under Security, then Third party access. To see, correct, export or delete your data, email us and we will act on it.
Children
Maison is for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 16.
