These terms are the agreement between you and Social Studio The Agency, which operates Maison at maison.ceo. By creating an account or using Maison you agree to them.
The service
Maison is software that helps you run a business: an inbox and calendar view, task and contact tracking, and AI drafted messages. We may improve, change or retire features, and we will try to give notice of changes that matter.
Your account
You are responsible for your login, for the people you add to your workspace, and for what they do in it. Give people only the role they need. Tell us promptly if you think your account was used without permission.
You approve what is sent
Maison drafts and suggests. You, or the person you authorise, decide what to send. AI output can be wrong, so read it before you approve it. You are responsible for the messages sent from your accounts.
Acceptable use
Do not use Maison to send spam, to contact people who asked not to be contacted, to deceive anyone, to break the law, or to break the rules of the services you connect. Marketing email and texting must follow the laws that apply to you, including CAN-SPAM, TCPA and CASL, and must honour opt outs. We may suspend an account that puts others or the service at risk.
Social Studio text messages. If you opt in at maison.ceo/text-updates or otherwise give us written permission, Social Studio The Agency may text you from (305) 810-8388 about appointments, follow ups on work we are doing with you, and occasional updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time and HELP for help, or email info@socialstudiotheagency.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. See the privacy policy for how your number is handled.
Your data
Your data stays yours. You give us permission to process it only to run Maison for you, as described in our privacy policy.
Plans and payment
Paid plans are billed as described on the pricing page, through our payment provider. You can cancel at any time, and the plan ends at the close of the period you have paid for. Fees already paid are not refunded unless the law requires it.
No guarantees, limited liability
Maison is provided as is. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error free, or that it will produce any particular business result. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before it, and we are not liable for indirect or lost profit damages.
Ending this agreement
You can stop using Maison and close your account at any time. We may end or suspend access for breach of these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
